Riot, while you have the new queue down for some tinkering...

Mind adding a second type of fill that reads "Fill except [X]" if you pick it as primary role? I generally can play 3-4 roles proficiently but can't ADC to save my life, so I generally went "Fill except ADC" when I entered a queue lobby.

Also, any ETA of when it's back up :D?

Good idea but I doubt Riot will tinker with that for a while, atm they are trying their best to fix it and I don't think any of them want to change anything until it's working for a few months lol

Is there any balance reason as to why you can't see the second yellow trinket charging?

TBH Riot, not everyone wants Runes that give fancy effects, some of us just want stats.
