Its dumb that he can just poke you out of lane by pressing Q on you, which takes away hardly any of his mana. People like Jayce who use their Q, takes away tons of mana and its a skillshot

Panth's Q is basically a ranged auto-attack that consumes mana. Think of it like Gang's Q, except without OnHit effects. If you want to complain about stupid top lane poke, complain about Gnar.

Yeah but i can dodge gnar's abilities easily. Pantheon the only way you can dodge his Q is hiding in a brush. Gnar is also very squishy unless he goes into mega gnar. Pantheon is somewhat squishy, but has stuns and can block an auto.

Jayce has a bit more range though and a bit more damage. I know he is irritating but not op aspecially that he lose much of his power in late game and good jayce can beat him or at least don't feed him and be more useful in mid/late game.
