So you have shown its possible to do with comet rune.
How about for skillshots you add a % landed too.
In Overwatch i thought it was a cool feature they did at the end of a match for example when you play Roadhog it shows your hook %, would be great for blitz/thresh or any skillshot.

It works in Overwatch since it's pure PVP, but League has PvE elements to consider.
% of casts that hit a champion sounds nice, but would give you a lower than expected rating if you're using the spell intentionally on creeps (which you will).
"fucking hell this Nid has only landed 12% of her spears"
"I use it to farm."
% of casts that hit anything at all would just give you an inflated value.
"I hit 78% of my Spears."
"How many of your spears were on jungle creeps?" "
"...75%."
