I just had a 1v1 with a friend of mine full builds,

The Duels were spectacular but Xin Zhao always won ( tried 3 times) left with 1/3 of his HP.
He then Changed to full crit yi build and he 4 shottted me before i could charge up rageblade, then i sold spirit visage for a randuins and won again.
SO yeah Xin is more broken than yi. I bet Jax beats all of em tho

Or, counter building is a significant part of a champion's power budget and 1v1s are not very representative of a champion's overall power in an objective based team game.
