Miss Fortune - Strut change + bonus AD ratios

MF has always been one of my favorite champions, but even after her kit tweaks she still doesn't seem to be able to compete with other ADC's.

I think the following changes could help her a lot:

  1. Strut - Provides a permanent increase to movement speed and a separate movement speed bonus that accumulates until she takes damage.

  2. Make It Rain - Scales with both AP and bonus AD.

  3. Bullet Time - Scales (poorly) with both AP and bonus AD.

  • PS: I understand Bullet Time essentially gains Impure Shots' total AD ratio, but without its own ratio it just seems to lack a LITTLE oomph against enemies that haven't already accumulated multiple stacks.

Rough idea of what these changes could look like:

Strut

  • Passive: Miss Fortune's movement speed is permanently increased by 5 / 10 / 15 / 20 / 25.

  • If Miss Fortune hasn't taken damage in the last 5 seconds, she gains an additional 10 bonus movement speed every second, stacking up to a maximum of 50 bonus movement speed. Upon taking damage, Miss Fortune loses all of her accumulated bonus movement speed.

Make It Rain

  • Now also scales with (+35% bonus AD).

Bullet Time

  • Now also scales with (+10% bonus AD). Maximum physical damage scaling would become (+80% bonus AD).

EDIT: Just for clarification, Strut's permanent MS increase would scale with levels 1 / 6 / 11 / 16 / 18.

Thoughts? :o

Honestly, the passive buff might be enough to make her playable again. But I would always be okay with more MF buffs. I used to main her, and still love playing her. Even in her current state, I like playing her, just because

What? If you play MF you would know she counters most ADCs hard until late game. She's good at all aspects of the game aside from the late game period where other ADCs are usually stronger.

She does NOT need more damage, she has the highest damage output for any ADC early game because of her Q damage that resets AA and the fact she has more base damage than any ADC because of her W passive.

Her passive could have another additional effect but one of the main reasons why Miss Fortune is so strong early game is because she gets into lane so fast, dodges skill shots with ease, and roaming especially after boots is also much easier.

Really the only buffs MF needs is maybe one to her E. She's the most powerful early game ADC due to her damage output, grevious wounds, zoning, and movement speed and she is also a really powerful teamfighter with her E and ultimate. She falls off late game but she would literally be overpowered if she didn't.

I don't see the huge complaint about MF. She's been my main for months and I rarely don't carry a game with her. She was my first pentakill and I'd play her over any other single champion in the game.

If any buffs I would say make her W not have a cap and give it like 40 extra magic damage at max rank for each auto attack. If not then allow her E to have some AD scaling and have a better slow at max rank.

These are some great ideas! I don't know much about ad MF, but I LOVE her ap. I find ap mf playable even up to plat in ranked. Any buff to her passive would be awesome. I think the buff you propose of a flat movespeed is great.
