Fiora - Why doesn't Duelist's Dance work on large monsters?

I was honestly really surprised when I found out Fiora's passive is nearly useless as a Jungler because it could've easily given her more lane options.

Why not make it apply to large monsters as well as enemy champions? I mean, Junglers essentially "duel" camp monsters after-all. If it was too strong Riot could just add a small cooldown to the time it takes Duelist's Dance to re-identify Vitals on large monsters.

Large monsters:

  • Big Raptor
  • Big Wolf
  • Big Golem
  • Gromp
  • Rift Scuttler
  • Red buff
  • Blue buff
  • Dragon
  • Baron

Think it should. It would make her JG easier.

Why does she have to be a jungler? Fio's kit has always been flavored and designed toward 1v1 laning (ya know, duels) even pre-rework. Quit trying to shove a square peg in a round hole. She's great at trading, she lacks the CC to gank effectively, reposte is clearly best for dueling. Why would you try to jungle her? Next people will be asking for level one mushrooms to make jungle teemo more effective.....

The issue is more that this change wouldn't make her a useful jungler, it'd just make it so that she'd be able to clear. She'd be like yi but worse. Just running around farming and picking up kills on opponents who would have died anyway. This would just encourage a bunch of people to try a champ in the jungle that should never be there.
