champions that need buffs do you agree?

champion yorick : low out play potential very one dimensional becomes meat shield late game with no CC to help his team. champion mordekaiser: no CC no range barely any mobility and low scaling horrible in higher elos that know how to kite and focus him champion talon: No damage against tanks all in champ no escapes with no durability unlike katarina last champion : everything he does someone does better no defining qualities easily countered no outplay potential and reliant on passive and q just to name a few suggestions : for make him get a stun on a target if he lands q and w on the same target or some other conditionals for make his e do a % of health on the target or his q when it his a target maybe a situtional silence or instead a reduced damage buff when he uses his ult so he doesnt get blown up by aoe cc. > 1. suggestion : give % health dmg during ult for synergy with maybe a shield or a damage debuff when he uses his Q. reduce the animation timing of his e and q think probably some synergy with . maybe you can replace his current E with a long ranged sword thrust that applies on hit effects and displaces the target ( like nightmare from soul calibur) or and make the cool down low
