How to deal with Instalockers.

Hello Guys, I believe most if not all of you would have found yourself in situations where certain somebody in your team happen to instalock regardless if a lane/position has already been called for. The instalockers might use excuses like they didn't read or happen to be in confusion that they were first. How about RIOT disables the Lock In button for first 10/15 seconds of champion select screen? That would give enough time for a bit of laning discussions and would lower (since can't stop all) the amount of instalockers.

I think they should just remove blind pick and let everyone play team builder. Team builder is pretty much the same thing except without all that nonsense that happens in blind pick champ select.

there is no difference in locking a champion in the first second or after 10/15 seconds. if someone doesn't care about it in the first second why should he/she after 10/15?

People don't instalock because they aren't discussing the picks. They aren't discussing the picks because they are instalockers

They've stated before they're remaking blind pick so just suffer a little bit longer. It's been on PBE for a bit now.
