Jarvan IV Ult Change

Can we give ult the grounded treatment like ability? Already a good number of champions in this game can get out of his ult making the trap inside effect pretty useless unless you are one of the poor souls who cant get out (which lets face it who plays those champs these days anyways.... ). This would obviously increase the effectiveness of his ult so in return would have to reduce the ult damage and limit the time players can be trapped inside the ult to like 1 second. Although the increase damage buff to his ult was nice.... you still don't see j4 played much since so many champions can get out of his ult or god forbid condemn him in his own ult ( ) and often times his ult can hurt his team more than help them by being a kill blocker.
