Pardon?
multiboxing is controlling two separate champions by having two accounts. It's really only possible on Yuumi or if you want to lost vikings the enemy team with in hit champions
2.1. How can my account be suspended or terminated? (If you break the rules, Demacian Justice will be visited upon your account!) Three different people/entities can suspend or terminate your account:
2.1.1. You. You may terminate or suspend your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
2.1.2. Us.We may terminate or suspend your account if we determine, in our sole discretion, that:
(a) you have violated any part of this Agreement;
(b) we have stopped offering the Riot Services in your region; or
(c) doing so would be in the best interests of our community, the Riot Services, or the rights of a third party.
We may make such determinations, among other ways, by using automated systems and machine learning tools.
2.1.3. The Tribunal®. The Tribunal® system allows our community of users to police the compliance of other users with the “Summoner’s Code,” which outlines the principles of ideal game play behavior, as well as with our other policies. Community members, including you, may submit descriptions of activity and actions of certain users within the Game, and collectively determine if that particular user was in compliance with our policies. If The Tribunal determines, in its sole discretion, that you have violated one of our policies, we may suspend or terminate your account on behalf of the community.
2.2. What happens if my account is terminated? (No LoL for you.) If your account is terminated, you’ll no longer have access to it, including any of the associated data or content (e.g., champions, skins, Riot Points, etc.). You’ll not be entitled to any refunds and we’ll have no liability to you. We also reserve the right to terminate any other accounts you may have created, as well as your access to any other Riot Services (also without any refunds or liability to you).
You understand and agree that using the Riot Services comes with the risk that your account may be terminated or suspended and that, whenever you use the Riot Services, you’ll bear this risk in mind and always conduct yourself appropriately.
copy pasted from the terms of use this is the account termination also until yordle calls are available ( not legally binding) if you have any questions email riot

See my question was whether or not it is against the rules before I experiment with it, multiboxing comes with twice as many flaws as it does advantages and is considered legal in some other notable pvp titles such as World of Warcraft.
ok it doesnt say you cant do that anywhere so you can do it

That literally does not answer the question.
Send in a Riot Support Ticket and ask them :)

Nah I think only a public response from riot would finalize this, it's a major question honestly and them deciding one way or the other would have to be public for me to trust it

Umm okay if you say so
I doubt it would be against the rules, however the only way to do this effectively would be to use third party software to control yuumi q/r at the same time as controlling your main champ, which would likely get you.
As far as I am aware, hai was not banned for this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gd6dMMbt93Q
I've wanted to try Hotboxing league for years. I just don't have the set up for it.
My best guess is you'd have to do it across multiple computers to get it to work and also not violate the ToS.
Tf blade actually played some champ + Yuumi, both himself. But it was lvling acc in norms iirc. I mean unless you go 0/20, I don't think they could differentiate if it's you, your sibling, your friend in dorm etc. even if you wrote it, it's really gray area, so idk, beting your main acc might backfire. Wouldn't take it to ranked xD
Edit: There are also keyboards with only few keys(I saw 3 keys one), might be fun.

yeah I wouldn't take a lot of stuff I try out to ranked, but I try it to confirm. I've been looking for a yuumi main to off-meta duo bot in ranked
