Runaan's Hurricane bolts now affect champion-generated "On-hit" effects.

#And by "Champion-generated "On-Hit" effects" I suppose I mean "Champion Auto-Attack modifiers" to remove all confusion about "Oh but Cait's headshot!"

Sivir's Ricochet, Twitch's ult, Draven's Q, possibly. Abilities like that.

Does Hurricane become a good item? A must buy?

first, such skills are on-attack(like the runaan effeckt itself), and it would become a broken mustbuy on sivir and Twitch, as it would esentialy double their damage vs grouped enemys while giving a ton AS ontop. I magin u hit 3 enemy champ with sivirs W then, it would be 170%ad vs the main target and 155% vs the side targets(thats dps increase equal to 70%! crit vs the main target). Each single W-AA would deal atleast 140%ad to every enemy in the figth...Her aoe damage would be way to insane.

wouldn't that make kayle's ranged auto's deal 3x aoe magic damage?

it already does. And considering it takes no damage penalty, is ridiculous.

it does not use the splash, only the the singletarget on-hit, which leads to the strange effect of secundary targets actually getting more damage than the primary as the eat the splash and the runaans. The splash aoe is an on attack(or AA-modifier), no on hit.

if it would proc the splash, it would be pretty broken on her, 180+0.75ap aoe on each AA....

Wasn't aware it doesn't proc splash. Even so, it's still very strong for Kayle.

Maybe if the abilities have half damage on the Runaan's proc.

Because let's be honest. Twitch ult is fine. Sivir could use this definately but still, it might be too much. I don't think Draven Q should work with it.

I like the idea but it'd have to have some sort of diminishing return realisticly or else some abilities would just be too strong.

On some people, yes. But I would say it's still situational. Possibly on Twisted Fate as a last item.

Didn't it always? It did on caitlyn's headshot for example. Still a niche buy, only if you can reliably hit at least 1 additional target on average is the damage output worthwhile, and focused damage is worth more than spread damage since you want to kill whoever is threatening you the fastest. It also stacks with BotRK I believe.

Headshot is an on-hit effect so yes it works, but what he is talking about is auto attack modifiers, which Runaan's is itself so it doesn't work with them.

Yes I'm aware it works with Twitch's poison, Caitlyn's Headshot, Varus' Blighted Quiver. ow about I change the title to "AA-modifier"s instead. Would that hep?

I see, my misunderstanding.
