@Riot: Can you change Irelia's ultimate to heal flat amounts instead of % of damage dealt?

Irelia's ultimate, I argue, runs into the same problem as Renekton's Q (until the next patch): It heals next to nothing if the targets are armored. Since this happens all the time, and Irelia players seldom get a Last Whisper, Irelia basically heals NOTHING from her ultimate in team fights, and only uses it to heal off minions.

To promote it more for team fights, how about change it so that it heals flat amounts rather than percentages of your damage? I can't tell you how often I hit all 5 members of the enemy team with all 4 shots and only heal 200-250 health.

And please, don't say that whole "it's not designed for team fights" crap, because that is not true. It's just not well-tuned.
