They don't want to change Vlad very much. They want to make him healthier. That's all. I have a tiny bit of confidence they won't do too much.

I'm pretty sure they have big changes for vlad, he needs massive changes to not destroy the game when he's strong.

Spell vamp has been bad for years basically because vlad exists and Riot is afraid of what would happen if he got hold of it.

They said Vlad doesn't need big changes, just needs adjustments to help his over-all health. The biggest of which would be removing his ult. It makes it so when he's strong, he's automatically pick or ban because he's strong on top of making his team 12% stronger.

It needs to go. That's the biggest health change they can make for him. Outside of that, remove the flat heal on Q, and move the heal ratio to his ult, starting lower and capping where it is now. Part of that is de-emphasizing sustain on him. Too many people think he's a vampire, not a blood mage.

I think it'll be a huge rework. They've said before that they regret releasing Vlad because of how he turned out. Now they get a chance to undo it, and I'm sure they will. Sad day.
