It's a bit much to make his base movement speed 335. Not every instance will have him running super fast. A lot of times I've noticed even on the blood chase doesn't give him movement speed and I'm easily out run. Idk if that is a bug or what, but make his base at least 350. His max speed can be the same. It his minimal speed is not cool

Again it only helps when his opponent is low health, when you get low health, you can't escape without using your ult and if you don't have it your dead. Gragas has like 355 movespeed. Plus Even with boots of swiftness WW speed is only 395. Move champions have 400+ move speed with their normal builds. That isn't okay.

When you're low health as WW you either drain that health back or die. Odds are you can kill your opponent through sustain and increased AS.
