Why is it Garen's E still has crit functionality? Removing it would allow for better power budget.
When's the last time you saw a Garen building crit and being viable with it? Probably not for a long while. Crit items simply do not synergize with Garen anymore, as Infinity Edge is way too expensive and doesn't give him juggernaut-class stats.
The only reason I can see for why Riot keeps the crit functionality on Garen's E is nostalgia. But much like Critphite, it might be time to let Crit Garen go. Removing the crit capability from Judgment would allow Garen to receive a compensation buff due to some of his power budget being freed up.
