Ultimore: The Good, the Bad and the Ugly
Thinking about the newly revealed rune, Ultimore, and who it would synergize with.
> Summary Ultimore: > > - Greater Rune in the Sorcery path > - Gives 5% + 1.5% CdR per use exclusively for your champion's ultimate > - Total caps at 20% > - Stacks with regular CdR
The good:
Champions that can use this rune with good efficiency. Most champions will fall into this category, as the utility of the effect is limited by the stacking mechanism - and long-CD champions cannot really stack it efficiently.
Anyone not mentioned somewhere else. Special mention:
- CdR for their ultimates specifically sounds potentially broken at first. The crux is, though, that it requires repeated casts to stack.
The bad:
Champions that use the rune really well, for example by being able to use their ultimate twice in a fight (<10 seconds cooldown) or depend on their ult for a stacking mechanism.
(with CDR, can lower the required kills to ult twice in a fight to 1-2)

The ugly:
Champions who have disturbingly high synergy with this rune and could possibly break it in half.
- fast stacking. Also, she really benefits a lot from being able to relocate her ultimate in fights more often. And there are common Anivia builds that have less than 40% CdR.
- has been nerfed in his rocket cooldown quite often for being too spammy.
- Potentially 6 seconds cooldown on Lunar Rush WITHOUT Q marks.

The non-users:
Champions who would not benefit much from the rune in its current form.
