Last game 5 sub level 30's vs a diamond 5 and plat 2 among others....AND I had the adjustment on for new champion and role. How can this be so incredibly bad? Anyone know if they are working on this? I can't imagine it's working as intended...
It can be that bad because Team Builder has its own matchmaking system.
Put another way, you could be Challenger, but the first game you play in Team Builder it will consider you a noob on your main and think you're about Bronze 5 skill level.
what riot doesn't tell you are these 2 things.
what this means is that if you play at abnormal times like 1am for instance, you are much more likely to be placed outside your range vs 4pm when all of the little kids get out from school and swarm the servers.
many people would opt for more balanced teams, i would MUCH rather prefer it myself, however separating these players who are willing to wait longer for better games would automatically raise queue times for both beyond what they could be in either direction.
Well, not only in team builder, but also in sub 30 level normal queue, I have played vs diamonds and challengers with bunch of other sub 30 level smurfs.
