Let Seraph shield be used while stunned

Honestly this would help out mid lane so much in terms of survivability and getting leapt on, stunned, and killed before you can blink. I mean Udyr can chase you down from across the map because he has 500+ movespeed, Jax has a super low CD leap, I'm not saying these champs are OP but it's so easy to get caught now that you have to hug turret or your team the entire game if they have even one or two of these champs, fighters or AD assassins. At least here you can use your shield and gain a slight grace period, maybe even block an ability or two with the shield. It would still be difficult to use well because that shield isn't going to do anything if there's 3 on you, but in certain situations it would save mage lives, and those could bump them up a bit.
