Nobody will be punished 4/5 must agree to disband and for the people who believe that this will be abused leading to longer queue times, honestly, people who abuse this function are people you don't wanna play with so you should be glad you disbanded before the game started
UberAffe2 votesI'm with op on this one, I'll take a longer wait time if i can avoid playing a game with someone who already toxic in champ select. The only possible abuse case is there are 4 other people on your team who are trolly, which means you probably don't want to play with them either.

Would you actually want to play a game with people who are used to abusing the disband function? I'd be happy they are disbanding before I am stuck with them for 30 minutes or more in a unfun game
