@Riot - Veigar buffs

I really like the idea of Q granting AP from champion assists, as well as the W's delay starting at the beginning of the cast time.

But, could you please revert the Q's cooldown back to 8/7/6/5/4 from 7/6.5/6/5.5/5? It would be really nice if I could cast my Q more often in the laning phase and in teamfights. Longer CD at early levels to compensate for the 1 second decrease at max rank. He already payed for the double AP farming with 0.2 less ap scaling on his ult, + it kinda forces you to buy morello/athene instead of the old school tear. (His old Q had 3.8 cd with 5% CDR from masteries, but now it needs 25% CDR from masteries + morello/athene for a 3.75 seconds cd.)

It's a simple buff which a lot of Veigar players would be happy about, so please Riot give it a shot :3

I'm pretty excited for the buffs personally. Thats about 50 extra AP throughout the game if you get at least 10 assists.

The 0.25 delay decrease upon pressing W is also nice :3

I just hope they revert the CD changes on his Q though :( I really dislike it.

I don't think he needs it. Late game Q is at about a 3s CD and you can now put out double the damage of before as well as farm at double the speed. I would gladly trade about .5s of a CD for that.

Except that it's a skillshot that can miss or be blocked by minions. Also it has 5 seconds cd at max rank NOT 3..... The ult ratio nerf was supposed to compensate for the fast wave clear (btw it still doesn't give 2 ap per minion so it's not "double farming" just "faster ap farming" or rather "faster wave clear" you were still able to last hit every minion from the wave with the old Q)

I main Veigar and usually play with platinum players, my average with Veigar is around 15/3/8 and i have played Veigar since i started in Season 3, He has a really high skillcap if you want to dominate

Veigar is in a really good spot at the moment. The reasons i will put into a list of cons and pros and ill explain after Also FYI as far as i know, his buff is just that he gets AP on the Q from champ assists too now

Pro's -High Burst -Insane CC Ability -Infinite Stacking -Great Range -Amazing Mana Regen Passive (fixed with item 3070 and item 3165 )

Con's -Extremely Mana Hungry Early -No Mobility -2 Delayed Skillshots -Squishy as Hell

Now despite the changes that he had before to his Q and E I have found that this was a increased skillcap for a much stronger Veigar . I'll explain my reasoning now, Q: -it is now a long range, poke, safe farming tool that can hit TWO targets for massive damage -you can hit targets in fog of war and with its range you can pick up low health champs easily W: -it is pretty much the same but if you practice you can predict to hit champs in a teamfight with it without a stun E: it stops dashes, which saves your butt or saves your allies butts, Example leona E's you, she stops at wall it MAY have that delay and its less reactionary to save you from jumps R: it is just pretty much a point and click W

He is also really good if you itemize well

Yeah but a 1 sec cd decrease at max rank wouldn't hurt anyone... It would just cheer up a few Veigar players :'( I mean the suggested buff already compensates itself for a longer cd at early levels.

No you dont, NOT EVEN CLOSELY, did you ever review your matches and enemies? You are Silver 3, and all of your enemies are SIlver too. (in NORMALS and RANKED) look at your history and your enemies, they are all silver or bronze!! so, i have no idea why you try to boost yourself up with something which is quite the opposide.

Also Veigar is in now way in a good position right now, if you play silver 3 then jeah, THEN he is a pubstomper, since the enemys are as retarted as you.

No professional player is even touching Veigar since his nerf 7 month ago. And if you say that he is at a right spot, then you clearly have no idea what you are talking, even a movebility cripple can predict and evade his W, and nobody in his mind would get hit by Veigars E. And E stopping dashes is nice, but useless against people who know that, no good player would jump in it, they would flash if needed, use quicksilver or pick any champions who can ignore the stun completly like Zed Talon Fizz Katarina Ezreal etc. eas as that.

Is your selfesteem so low that you have to lie that you are a good player? You should at least be proud beeing silver, it means you are better than 30% of all ranked players (i think). And i saw your games, enemies and allies, its easy to say that you are in no way even gold. THAT will take you a few years.
