I'm not a top laner. I don't play garen or tanky champs... I picked him up for the first time 4 days ago (after 4 years of LoL) and holy shiet he feels busted. I'm playing him mid for in low elo normals but still... When I actually want to dominate my game it's so easy. Just laned against a diamond 4 kat and my Garoon the Goon completely destroys her kit with his damage reduction and silence... Play him with Stormraiders Surge and movement speed quints and once u snowball you're unstopable. Insane damage, movement speed, tenacity... Overrall a beast of a split pusher and a destroyer of carries... U can bait an entire team while split pushing then get the fuk out with 10 HP and just come back 15 seconds later when you have completely regenerated ur HP.

I understand this is only in normals and in low elos but still. He feels strong as fuk.

So, you're basing this off of Garen vs Kat? Kat is going to either go even or lose by default. Against a mage he won't win and would be lucky to go even. Top lane wise he's not dominating against everyone, just a handful of champions, but he is losing hard to some too.

garen was and is OP.... a fighter/tank with silence aoe heavy dmg and 100% kill ult when your hp goes below X amount, he was op when he came out he still is .-.

thank god though riot destroyed CRIT garen T.T that was scary :/ garen would wait in top lane bush than spin out and ult you to death under 1 second :(
