graves is pretty ridiculous

wouldn't mind seeing them toning his range down in favor of being really strong up-close, even if that means he'll shit all over the champs i like playing

No, he definetly isn't. The full melee mode Graves does WAY more damage

Are you electing to ignore that his End of the Line explosion occurs faster if he can tag the shell against a wall before it reaches the end of its range? Which, surprise surprise, greatly increases Grave's effectiveness in close-quarters, especially close to walls or structures! The majority of Graves' kit has more up-close-and-personal gameplay use than long range spamming.
