Keystone mastreries and certain supports.

Looking over the description of keystone masteries,I can't help but feel some supports are just left with nothing which is even remotely good on them.

Take zilean for example:he won't gain much from the offensive keystone masteries,as those all scale heavily with ap/ad and he just doesn't get much of those, neither will he get much from +10% to heals/shields,as his only heal is his ult(does it even count as a heal?),and the defensive keystone masteries(I would seriously consider going bond of stone) appear out of reach.

Other supports who will obviously suffer from this: lulu(maxes shield last,Ult doesn't count as a heal),velkoz/brand/zyra(won't get enough ap to make good use of the offensive keystone masteries, cunning masteries don't really fit on them either).

Supports who will likely suffer from this: bard(heal is meh),morg(spellshield has a large cooldown, and I don't think 10% extra power will be too valuable there),karma(generally maxes shield second, probably will suffer the least of this bunch, but still).

So first of all this feels horrible(you're getting almost nothing from your most important mastery point),secondly this will almost surely mean a loss of power for all of these champions(IN THE SUPPORT ROLE),most of them not being that strong there to begin with(and coin nerfs don't help either).

So I would be happy to see what others think of this(as long as it's not "omg preseason isn't here yet, just wait" in which case: get lost).

Secondly I would like to suggest adding another keystone mastery which "increases the durations of buffs and debuffs(yes that includes stuns/snares/etc) by 10%(number not set in stone)",I think that aside from helping most of these champions,it also fits another support niche which I feel the current keystone masteries should have, but don't.

thunderlord's decree does 180 magic damage minimum at level 18 which is a nice and getting AP is just an incentive which is a nice trade off as right now supports cant feasibly go 21/x/x as they need the utility trees biscuit and gold generation while all are in the cunning tree

velkoz/brand/zyra(won't get enough ap to make good use of the offensive keystone masteries, cunning masteries don't really fit on them either).

These "supports" already speced 21/0/9 or 15/0/15 (or some other variation of split masteries) in a lot of cases, I doubt they'll suffer from taking offensive masteries.

Although to me it seems like Thunderlord's is the best mastery for AP based champs in general, the AP keystones seem fairly bad. The only option for them in the offensive tree is Deathfire, but from the testing I've done it's far from the best mastery.

I don't think this is a problem with supports lacking mastery options, more so mages lacking options. These champs are just dragged into the problem because they're mages.

I'm supposing because they want people to build more than just wards and purely support items.
