Udyr as a counter to Darius?

Given Udyr weakness to kiting and absurd early damage if he can stick to a target, wouldnt Udyr be a pretty good counter to Darius top? Darius kit is focused on early mid damage and getting the enemy to him without escape, and Udyr is right at home in the enemy face, which he either bear in, since Darius have no escape, or Darius pulls him in, even better. He can take the Decimate harras with turtle and heal up, and in straight dps match i think Udyr win with tiger stance since it does so much damage
