can you ban new/reworked champions from ranked for the first week?

LostFr0st1 votesNo, they get most of the data to balance the "new" champ from ranked games, because people consistently try there. We have 10 bans, there is really no excuse for such a thread now.
rawiazam11 votesso you want to get a feeding urgot on your team because of the "data"? and don't tell me ban him, because most of the times they don't pick him before the ban phase and i would happily have him on the enemy team

He is quite strong though from what I saw. Can't tell if it was due to Pbe or not though, since Pbe matchmaking sucks.
He's akin to Voli really. He kinda wins or loses based on champ select.
