[Theorycraft] Predictions for 6.3

Based on some theorycrafting, my predictions for 6.3:
will be back (Hooray, we all missed him SO much /s). Statikk Shiv buffs.- AD assassins will be stronger (who needed that?).
and 
will become permabans (easy prediction). 
will either break a new all-time low in winrate (<40%). Alternatively, his winrate will actually rise, as he gets a decent buff to his ult and everyone who does not play him with enough skill to get out more then 5-6 spells during a passive proc will only profit from that.- Competitive jungling will see the return of

will become a prominent ban.
will no longer be the go-to Zeal upgrade.
