pit yourself against any team with heavy crowd control and prepare for frustration beyond belief. There are two items against it, merc treads which do nothing in the long run because I have built over 50% tenacity in game modes where cc was nerfed and still got shat on. The other is merc scimitar, which is a one time use item with an unbelievably high cool down. Like give us something real and useful.

It's a team game. If you're asking "How do I 1v5 when they have cc" you're doing it wrong. You need peel, you need your team's cc to cut through to their backline, and you need to stay alive if you are the damage.

Team game or not, their is no good counter for heavy crowd control, you get cc'd, use merc scimitar, then get cced again and doom nothing you can do. And champions like nautilus have like 4-5 cc attacks.
