Ok riot, you've gotten rid of a lot of the archaic systems in this game. its time to rework voting

I'm tired of playing league and having two people holding 3 other people hostage, its getting old.

two players hate each other in the match and want to spite the other for as long as possible? - surrender vote denied two players that are fed and ahead and think they can win the game but refuse to work with the team? - surrender vote denied duo queue white knighting for each other? -surrender vote denied people who constantly die and do nothing to help the team but expect the other 4 or 3 players to carry the game that is unwinnable? - surrender vote denied People that changed their mind and want to surrender vote now that they realize it isn't a winnable match? -surrender vote now denied because they tilted the people who originally wanted to surrender.

can we stop with this bs that allows for votes that aren't a majority to be denied? it would at least make this game enjoyable to play.
