Do you think smurfs should be deleted?

On april 2017 valve deleted smurfing from dota2 by forcing players to register a phone number **to be able to play ranked games ** (while not allowing a phone number to be registered on multiple account) and thus stopped people from smurfing unless they had multiple phone numbers (you had to enter a code that you received on the phone to prevent using phones of other people)

i personally think that smurfing should be removed to allow a better experience at ALL LVLS
