Elo must be range from only 1 tier yet this is fuking 2 tier

It's not that the rank difference between any two players can't be more than 1 tier, it's that people can't form a premade with people more than 1 tier away. Assuming you're referring to your most recent game, it's mostly gold level players, which primarily consists of gold ranked players, as well as some particularly poor plat players (i.e. those in plat 5 but with a gold level mmr) and particularly good silver players (i.e. those in silver 1 with gold level mmr).

It looks to me that the silver player in your game wasn't the weakest link on your team anyway (in fact, going more or less even with one of the plats you were facing), as it seems like it was bot lane that snowballed.

Well if you were in that game you would know how poorly that silver did.

I didn't even have all those death because I suck, I try to play my role as a tank peeler but I would honestly agree to say that I was pretty dumb for dying most of those death when my silver scrub suck so bad making me think he has the damage when he doesn't.

He countlessly died to their Kalista who isn't even that good, she only look good because he would duel her over n over while he was behind already, especially when he even started off cull first item too.

They still look like the second best player in the match to me, with the second least deaths and second most cs/min on your team, as well as killing their lane opponent several times. They did die to kalista yes, but she was already fed somewhat by that point. (You are aware that the silver on your team was the darius right? The varus was gold 3 and was the one who started cull...)

I notice the lulu support placed a grand total of 3 wards that game. That's pretty concerning, especially considering she even bought a sightstone. Additionally the varus only managed 4.2 cs/min, less than all the other solo laners in the game, which is rather concerning if you're going to start cull (and tbh I feel like the adc should be the role best at csing anyway).

I feel like rank-ism is a thing here. When you're looking for flaws in someone, you'll always be able to find them (yourself included), so it's easy to see all the things a lower ranked player did wrong, and blame all the other mistakes as responses to that, but it's almost always much more constructive to focus on your own mistakes.

edit: If it makes you feel any better, I also notice you ended up matched against that silver in your next game, as your particular lane opponent in fact. While I don't see any need to comment on how that particular match-up went, you did ultimately win the game so you got your revenge in a sense.
