Not true. Yasuo has a winrate vs kayle of 50.4%. Not a counter at all.
While windwall will only block kayle Q, yasuo shield will soak most of kayle damage. Try to poke his shield of and he will E Q and run away with his E since kayle slow does nothing to him.
Try make him farm under tower and his E is a better wave clear. The problem that is the only option for kayle in this matchup. Try to last hit as melee and yasuo will go ham on you. Meaning your lane will always be pushed and you will lose a lot of CS because of the E CD.
While kayle pushes the wave naturally yasuo has the option when winning to only last hit and zone you out hard.
Yas ult and kayle ult almost even out. Yas gets a new shield, kayle get stunned for most part of her ult but after that yasuo has 50% armor pen.
While for yasuo is a normal lane (just last hit with E and leave a minion for a quick escape) kayle has to work around her E CD or hope yasuo is dumb enough to push the wave and keep overextending while you wait for your jungler.
I've beaten and have been beaten by Kayle as Yasuo. I guess it's more of a skill match-up than Kayle countering Yasuo. Then again, most match-ups come down to skill with Yasuo on one end. Skill and Jungler choice and pressure.
Lol what. Laning against Kayle as Yasuo sounds like the most miserble experience I can think of for Yasuo. Not only that, but you probably scale better as well.
kayle is actually at a disadvantage against yasuo in higher elos. I cant prove it or anything but here's some evidence if you want

Hate to break it to you but kayle is a countertop who doesn't perform well early on if countered herself. She is a fighter/support who is picked top primarily as a counter. The problem here is kayle not yasuo, even if yasuo has his own issues
