Is there any news on the AP item pass?

It's been a month since the last time anyone at Riot talked about it, and we don't know anything about specific item changes nor new items, save for that comment someone made that Twin Shadows was being looked at as a possibility for the update. Could some Rioter clarify when will we get some info?
