2800 cost 40% attack speed 40 MR 40 on hit magic damage (really 40 not 42 for the universal answer...) Unique passive: Steals 5 MR from attacked target and gives owner 5 MR to stacking up to 5 times.

Alright if you increased the price to 2600 from the current 2550 on live and made everything 42 I would not be that mad but really 40 on hit magic damage instead of 42. It was bad enough that we lost the 1337 with the changes but are you really abandoning everything that use to make riot riot?

Or better yet reduce the price to 2350 and removed the stealing MR and just gives MR on attack to the owner.

I would rather see it get built out of Recurve, Negatron, and the new Energize charge-y IAS item component that builds into Shiv. Make it a high-end item. Give it Madred's old 4% max HP OnHit effect and make the charge effect steal 25 MR and blast the target with even more magic damage. Up the price. Make it a cornerstone item instead of this half-assed nonsense.

I actually wouldn't mind seeing it build into a revamped Madred's bloodrazor Wit's end + Raptor Cloak + 400

50% attack speed 50 armor 50 MR

150% health rejuv on hit 50 + 4% missing bonus health as magic damage. Unique passive MADNESS: auto attacks give a stack. Each stack increases armor and MR by 4. Stacks up to 5 times unique passive POINT RUNNER: Grants +25% bonus movement speed that build up over 2 seconds when near turrets (including fallen turrets).
