get bot. put bot in ARAM. go to work normally. leave computer on until L30.

Yea it's really just to play the game, and you really shouldn't look for shortcuts, it takes a good amount of experience to be able to play ranked.

You can buy a blank level 30 account for kinda cheap (compared to the obscene time investment).

run down mid and lose all games in 15 mins would be the fastest way if you arent good at the game. but it might lead to ban
