Which runes should I be taking on Vlad top?

I'm looking through the runes and nothing really jumps out as being good on him, i'm thinking aery spellbook or eletrocute but they all seem kinda meh on him.

Spellbook. You can start off the lane with ignite, get an easy kill, then switcch to tp or ghost. And then exhaust and stuff in late game.

Spellbook, plus it let's you start stopwatch which is pretty much required now.

Don't trust the spellbook. Go with grasp of undying. Every time you use it you get stronger offensively and defensively. You will out sustain any lane opponent and likely get first tower.

Spell book is most optimal I prefer aery though, I also personally go cdr cap getting the 15% in inspiration and sorcery
