I really don't understand.
He's not very annoying to play against
He has plenty of counters and bad match ups
He hasn't been overpowered in a really long time
He has a ton of outplay potential and is really fun to play
If Yasuo's in your team, he's guaranteed to go 0/21/0 for no reason at all.
If Yasuo's in the enemy team, he'll guaranteed to go 21/0/0 for no reason at all, also adding in him spamming the Mastery 7 emote.
When laning phase starts, typical Yasuo mains starts with E, dashes through minions, and just completely focuses on AA-ing the fuck out of you til you run back, which hurts so much especially when playing clunky tanks like Sion.
At post-6, enemy Yasuo will just simply focus on spamming the fuck out of his E like a fking nuisance he is, triple-Qs you into a bitching HASAGI ult and will most likely 100-0 you.
At post-6, your Yasuo will just simply focus on spamming the fuck out of his E for no fucking reason, and then will either:
gets caught out by being ganked from an incoming jungler even though there's literally 10 wards spotting him, and gets himself killed over & over again.
gets killed by 90% damage from minion aggro, as he stupidly engages without his minions nearby.
gets killed by dashing under enemy tower, gets CC & turret-aggro'ed to death.
Conclusion: Just ban Yasuo. Then everyone lives happily ever after.
Nothing triggers me more than Kat's Q hitting yasuo, then watching his terrible reaction time windwall and still block it.

I can't speak for others, but I mostly hate his players and their constant need to go 0/10/1 in lane with no concept of playing safe or picking your fights.
Simple, weather he's "strong" or not he's just ANNOYING!!!!!
I really don't feel I can say anything that hasn't already been said, But my two cents is that he's broken by design. He's hyper mobile, has high base damage, scales fast and hard, there is no reason for his to have the free shield passive, there's no reason wind wall should last as long as it does, There is a down right suspicious amount of items that both play to his strengths AND cover his weaknesses.
And lastly, I detest that Yas is allowed to have all of that and be completely resource-less! He is literally the ONLY champion in the game rewarded for spamming half his kit! And he has no mana or even ENERGY to punish someone for going full ham? (Katarina too but that's a post for another time)
Essentially, he's a "high skill" champion, that doesn't require the level of risk/reward he should. And listening to his generic anime sounds in lane got old A LONG time ago...

One the last 3 points, we know, I mean if you are playing him of course you aren't going to say you hate him. But point 1? Really?
That is the sole reason.
My current beef is that he was in an okay spot finally, and now Riot are buffing him. I believed this champion to have no middle ground, and for the first time in ever, he finally did. Now they are pushing him out of it =_=
