Don't call them out when they screw up, it's just going to make them tilt and flame, even if your trying to be nice about it

Like seriously, people know when they mess up. Harassing them about it is wasting your time and attention and making them worse.

The golden rule. Do to others as youd have done to you. If you do bad and dont want people flaming you, do not flame others lol.

But yeah, a nice suggestion like "you might try building some mr vs them lol" will still get some choice commentary back from time to time, so normally its just best to not say anything in game chat because all it will do is cause them to troll.

That still 'sounds' condescending. A cleaner way to put it is. "Their team deals a lot of magic damage, I'm going to build MR." reminds your team plenty without putting anybody on the spot.

Ehhhh, except if you already built mr then it kinda gets lost, plus for some it doesnt click so well saying that, because it "doesnt pertain to them", or since you are building it, why do they need to?

Im just one of those that finds a direct approach works best, but if they do not want my advice, then theres nothing i can do. Trying to pass it off as their idea only works when they understand what you are trying to do.

Does your way seem to work better?

Hm imo people need to communicate more in general. From my experience in diamond i'm more inclined on trusting my teammates but communication helps to intensify it. Like when someone dies or a shitty gank followed by "mb insert what he did wrong" helps to build some trust. Like our heca got executed in the jungle and i was about to tilt to oblivion again but he wrote "mb my fucking ping i couldnt smite" and pinged his 1k ping. I said np, just keep calm. He then proceeded to gank top, getting a kill though i fucked up and stated that as well building more trust followed by a double kill on my side and a "show em nauti" and "our naut is such a beast" boosting my confidence to carry that game.

On the other hand when someone is 0/5 and he keeps fighting and dieing sometimes telling hm to get his shit together can help as well. Being talkative and open with your teammates and finding out how they tick helps a lot to carry that game by spreading a positive mentality across the team making the team feel like they are an actual team.

I'm fine with that.

Issue is people never admitting their mistakes or learning from it. Happens to everyone, but there's no way to fix it before the end of the game.

when I tell my team mate to ward next time before they push lane thats constructive criticism. if they take that as "flaming" then I don't want to play the game anymore tbh. if you keep doing the same mistake over and over am gonna take that as intentional feeding

Aviatinq1 votes

From my experience the ones feeding are the ones that start talking shit first. Then everyone else starts calling them out.
