Shes currently unassassinatable with her kit. Someone dives to her she e's and they're out of range, then she can tumble if they shoot a skillshot at her, then, if they flash back onto her, she can ulti and tumble for invisibility. This is making her gameplay unhealthy. Assassins should counter adcs, yet vayne is breaking this rule in the worst way.
