Shield Bash Buff?

I knew that Shield Bash gave bonus resistances while you have a shield, but I didn't really look at how much until now.

+1 - 10 based on level?

That's literally nothing!

I know that giving too much would be really strong, but honestly, this is embarrassing.

Why bother? It's not enough to scale with anything.
