I asked my 1 silver "friend" about veigar being OP. All the diamond and master tier players agreed he is fucking broken and needs nerfs, the silver said Veigar is weak.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHA.

Now I understand why Veigar threads get mass downvoted :3 these boards low elo hugbox.

I am so happy I don't have to play games with clueless low elo players who think they understand the game and balanced, but really don't. Thank you for the mmr system rito <3

op is one thing, broken is an entirely different thing. veigar is definitely overtuned, to say he is broken is pretty off base though. broken is usually reserved for champs like 4.20 warwick, pre-nerf kassadin, release xin zhao/leblanc, release rengar, etc.

well the diamond and master tier players know more obviously because when you hit diamond 4, 18 LP specifically you unlock "champ power levels" in the champion description. Riot did this to reward higher elo players. they also give you an extra 21 mastery points to fill on your page so you can fill both offense and defense/utility tree depending on your champion. You also unlock tier 4 runes which are very helpful. Since we as low elo baddies don't have access to ANY of this our opinions are invalidated. it really is a shame.
