Viktor players are still forced to have to buy a singular item in order to complete their character. You don't have a choice; it must be done.
So to improve diversity and bring Viktor back to the glory he deserves, please give Viktor some diversity like you did for Rengar's Bonetooth necklace and Jungle Items! If you're going to force us to buy something, at least soften the blow by letting us get what we want and need.
RasCaelestis4 votesAs someone that's mained Viktor since before the rework and after it, I am so very glad for what his mini-rework did. The change they made to the Hex Core really helped his late game, and I love that you are no longer locked into a single upgrade. Viktor has one of the most variable kits in the game, which is only possible through his Hex Core's upgrades. Want high-damaging long-range poke? Max E and Augment it first. Want burst and better safety in trades? Max Q and Augment that first.
Honestly, I am not sure what more 'diversity' you could give his kit/Core without breaking it entirely. Viktor's Hex Core is one of the strongest items in the game, and only he is capable of getting it.

pNIeZVuIod1 votesLol. You are saying "forced to buy" as if there is a ton of diversity in items right now.... which there is barely any build paths to choose from. Magic pen boots are pretty "forced to buy" as a mid lane mage too but I dont see anyone upset.
