Why does his Q proc klepto? i cant farm without him getting extra shit. Do something about this,

That or give akali her Q to proc klepto. or any other champion that uses ranged ability to proc klepto

I think because it somehow counts as a basic attack (even though it isn't) Like Ezreal's Q is his form of constant poke - same with GP But I get what you mean... Does seem weird.

Those abilities apply on hit effects..

actually his q is classed as a ranged auto attack, it just applies melee effects

Does klepto proc on his e aswell if he qs a barrel?

I went dark harvest on gp and I`ve been deleting people alittle faster than normal.

Its procs cause its on basic attacks, and if you knew anything about gp you would know that his q is specifically designed to apply on-hit effects.

........... including that of runes.

I think hes strong, but he can still get screwd in alne tot he point where he is still useless. Do that and learn to win early before he can scale back up. If you cant do that, learn how to do it by applying more map preasure and aggressive play.
