The hextech chests you get from playing and the ones you buy with RP should be two different things

Right now I've lost a huge incentive to buy Hextech crafting materials as the orange essence you get just makes it such a waste of money, riot adjusted it because we apparently get more free stuff but then that also impacts people who pay for it, there really needs to be a separate system in place for folks who want to spend money on this feature.

tl;dr: Change the loot boxes we get with RP because right now they've randomly had their value taken away due to "more free stuff" meaning that you get less for what you pay for now.
