I completely disagree, I win 90% of my games vs Yasuo and Zed because I am so good at playing them, that I know exactly when, where and how to exploit their weaknesses.

If you have trouble playing vs certain champions, play them yourself and learn them, then most your troubles will go away, trust me on this one. Every champion has weaknesses and is beatable, once you learn their weaknesses, even the current top tier picks like Viktor and Elise .

When I say "They" I'm mostly referring to Thresh. He has a hook ability like blitz, however unlike Blitz he can't accidentally pull Alistar and fuck everyone. He does that WHILE giving a get-out-jail-free card to any teammates(The only counterplay to it is either hoping their stupid enough to not click it, or have Volibear sit his fat ass on the thing so they can't click it.), WHILE putting out a lot of damage, WHILE zoning enemies simply by existing, WHILE having infinitely scaling AP AND armor, WHILE having area control on his ult, WHILE peeling like a fucking madman.
