and there is abrely any champion who backs it up with any other crit chance item (heca and rengar are main lowers of the item)
with crit chance this low its an actual luck when you get one during a fight with another champion

Baby Ghoul1 votesThe most effective thing about that item is its armor penetration and active IMO. That is why I frequently purchase that item. I think the CDR and critical strike chance are just nice bonuses. 15% critical strike chance is pretty high, and great for what else you're getting in that item for its price.
KidSpectre1 votesI like Youmuu's on any champion based around an attack speed because it A.) bolsters that steroid for even higher high points, and B.) helps make up for moments when the steroid is down.
