Shen Rework Concept

So this is something I came up with a long time ago, before Shen was officially put on the chopping block for a rework/update. He's not necessarily in a BAD place, but a lot of his stuff is archaic, or based almost entirely on stats. It was always a pipe dream of course, but seeing as Riot is officially working on Shen, my own ideas are officially obsolete. So I figured "what the hell, might as well share the ideas and see what feedback they get" y'know? So, here it goes:

Passive: Ninja Art Every 16/13/10 seconds, Shen's basic spells can be recast at no cost within 4 seconds for an additional effect. When Ninja Art is available, Shen's basic attacks deal bonus damage equal to (5 x Shen's level) + 5% of his bonus health. Receiving damage from enemy Champions and Large or Epic Monsters reduces the cooldown of Ninja Art by 1 second.

Q: Vorpal Blade 12/11/10/9/8 Seconds 50 Energy Shen throws one of his blades as a linear skillshot, dealing 80/120/160/200/240 (+0.3 AP) magic damage and marking the first enemy hit for 5 seconds. When allied champions deal damage to the marked enemy, they are healed for 1.5/1.75/2/2.25/2.5% of Shen's maximum health over 3 seconds. If Vorpal Blade kills its target, Shen instantly heals for 10% of the target's max health.

Ninja Art, Bloodblade: Shen pulls his sword from the marked target, consuming the mark to deal 60/70/80/90/100 (+0.3 AP) magic damage while giving Shen a shield equal to 10% of the targets max health.

W: Feint 18/17/16/15/14 Seconds 60 Energy Shen prepares for an attack. If Shen would be damaged by a basic attack or single-target spell while Feint is active, Shen negates the attack and instead replaces himself with an explosive dummy, which explodes to deal 15/30/45/60/70 (+0.25 AP) magic damage for 3 seconds and inflict a 20/30/40/50/60% slow for 3 seconds. Shen himself will reappear behind the champion or large monster that attacked him. Successfully using Feint reduces Ninja Art's cooldown by 50%

Ninja Art, Fireworks: Shen returns to his original position prior to Feint activating, leaving behind a bomb that explodes after a 0.5 second delay, stunning all enemies within range for 1.25 seconds and dealing 40/60/80/100/120 (+0.35 AP) magic damage.

E: Shadow Dash 16/15/14/13/12 Seconds 80 Energy After a brief delay Shen performs a swift dash forward, dealing 60/95/130/165/200 (+0.45 AP) magic damage to any enemy champions he strikes and taunting them for 1.5 seconds. Shen briefly gains 5/10/15/20/25 Armor and Magic resist and restores 30 Energy per enemy champion he hits.

Ninja Art, Mirage: Shen performs another Shadow Dash. Enemies struck by both dashes take 75% damage from the second Shadow Dash and will not be taunted.

R: United We Stand 200/180/160 Seconds Shen targets and allied champion, granting them a 200/500/800 (+0.8 AP) shield for five seconds. After three seconds of channeling Shen appears between his ally and nearest enemy champion. If Ninja Art is available, Shen can recast United We Stand after 1.25 seconds of channeling. Shen immediately teleports to the allied champion and grants them a temporary Movement Speed boost, but Shen's Ninja Art is consumed.

And there you have it. Never got around to stuff like stat revisions and such, but I'd like to hear feedback on this idea. I mean Riot will never use it, but might as well. Here's hoping I put it in the right place this time!

I don't like this at all. Shen's main problem is not that he's weak, but that his kit is not really suited for the toplane meta right now. Juggernauts left and right, and Shen cannot be that dominant in lane, which could lead to a really strong lategame tank. With this rework, shen would probably be the strongest champion that has ever been made, stronger than all juggernauts right now, combined.

P. His passive with a normal shen build (around 4000 health) at level 18 deals +380 magic damage every autoattack. And many people were already outraged by Darius's plus 200 ad, which also needs a lot of setup to be even as half as strong as this passive.

Q. Not much, except that anyone who attacks gets healed for 2.5% of shen's health instead of 1.5%, which is kind of a big change, but i wouldn't have any problems with it if the passive remained the same.

W. Immunity, Mobility, oh yeah. Let's make another fiora-like spell, because everyone considered it healthy and good for the state of the game.

E. This is the only change i like.

R. A reactivation of shen's ultimate? Immediate teleportation? Good one.

Uh, the passive is a recast on everything. There's no reason not to use it, besides for the Q (and that's only if you want an ally to heal, else getting the shield is better.

Here's a video of a Shen Rework concept, it's pretty good, nothing special but some good ideas. Check it out :) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ScYBMwD-Jyc
