This is from today's dig vs c9 game. The Thresh hook goes right through a set of minions and lands on Balls. This happens to me form time to time. Sitting behind your minions to avoid skillshots, but they hit you anyway. Thoughts.
Edit: Actually the hook may have even moved him. Here's where he was just before the hook "landed".

Hitboxes aren't shown, so I can only speculate. I would say that it was either Lissandra's (and the hook's) hitbox being larger than one would think it is, or it's a spectator bug. Spectator mode has always and almost certainly will always have visual bugs, especially when it involves skillshots.
I suppose it's possible that there is a bug where the hitbox for the hook expands as it reaches the end, or where it's large for champions than for minions. I do certainly agree that Riot needs to take a very long, hard look into stuff like this so we can get a real answer.

Yeah, I can agree to that.
But usually the hitbox is so bigger than it looks it would hit those minions tbh.

Minions shouldn't matter in this situation that hitbox is fucking stupid, considering it was nowhere near Liss and nowhere near the minions.
