If you "don't have much time", then don't play
The overwhelming ARAM changes have made games end even faster. It seems Rito misinterpreted the allure of ARAM for players. It is meant to be faster pace, NOT quicker games. The faster games were simply a byproduct of the game's pacing. With that said, average game time was still 20 minutes or less, which is "fast" by most measures. Longer games, while rare, simply meant that the game was very close, and I found these to be the most exciting and worth their time. With the new changes, games are decided even more-so by uncontrolled or under-controlled variables. That's the last thing ARAM needs. If making a super-short game mode is so imperative, then actually create a new game mode. Don't ruin an existing mode with a highly established player base.
TL-DR: If you don't have 30 minutes to dedicate to a game that includes 9 other real life people, then consider another activity to fill your time.
Thanks.
