Generally whenever this happens in my game, the Syndra player apologizes in all chat. Actually apologizes, imagine that. And you give back a "lol xd" or something. It's a mutual understanding that what just happened should not be able to happen, but nothing can be done about it so you just laugh it off. How much longer?
Yes, god forbid we survive a point and click spell at full hp after dodging literally everything else. That would be awful. Good call.

Ezreal took an Ignite of Shame™, 6 Sphere ult from a Syndra with a completed Abyssal staff + her W and he had no bonus MR. If he had somehow lived through that, that would be a problem.
lets get into ult range of a syndra with those spheres up, good idea
