CHAOS STORM

Viktor conjures an arcane singularity at the target location, dealing magic damage to every enemy it hits and Silence icon interrupting channeled abilities. The singularity remains active for 6.5 seconds afterwards, dealing magic damage to all nearby enemies EVERY 2 SECONDS.

EVERY 2 SECONDS. FULL DAMAGE AFTER 6.5s

Riot, you don't understand how brutal this change is on Viktor. I accept his 1 second delay on E, but the ult change. It's absolute garbage.

Let's look at other burst mages:

- Instant point click Ultimate. - Instant point click Ultimate. - Instant point click Ultimate. - Instant point click Ultimate. - Instant point click Ultimate. - Instant point click Ultimate

- Ultimate that has to be MANUALLY maneuvered while trying to spam your Combo, that does FULL damage after 6.5 seconds.

I just got my ass kicked by a viktor. Also the ult auto follows your initial target. unless that recently changed?

You manually maneuver it. The damage activates every 2 seconds.

its usually the final combo though you're going to Q spam until you're capable of ulting for kill. and the range on e is managable with the slow from your ult. The ult speed is fast chasing, and Viktor was never an easily executed champion... His difficulty rating has always been high, so there isnt much room to complain regardless : P

I have over 250 games on Viktor on 4 accounts combined. The effort it takes to play him compared to other listed champions is immense.

All of them are capable of performing far better than him. There is no point picking Viktor and waiting for his abilities to do full damage when you can pick Annie and eat faces instantly.

annie is a direct stunner, vik is not. You got countered. against any other champ you can fair. I can easily beat annie with ziggs, but a good viktor will woop my ass.

Viktor can beat azir, zed, brand, cassio,and anivia. Those are all skill shot champions where your q speed can be your advantage. Part of their kit, just like your e. Is landing it. Q spam ulting and landing your e can beat all those champions if you position yourself correctly... If they land their abilities; Yeah you may or may not lose immediately, but part of your kit is being able to move in while they're on cool down.

Den, have you played Vik in Diamond elo? I have. I assure you, he cannot even look at those champions without dying. Even with Exhaust. His best bet is play as support.

Viktor can only spam Q vs tanks (and sometimes brusiers) without dying or being in a hard situation unless he is feed.

The last time I played Viktor his shield was sufficient enough along with barrier to mitigate Zed. Dropping stun ontop of myself during his ult and killing him once he showed up with the silence, but the op is right. He knows more then me I'm just typing to look at my own words. I'll be quiet now.

it doesn't have to be manually maouvered, atleast not 1v1. You press R a second time on your opponent and the ult will follow him till it disapears or recives a new order. And after 2 seconds, it deals already more damage than most ults with the potential of more than doubling the damage in another 4 sec. Also, after 2 sec, it will deal more damage than the old ult...
